This is me gutting a deer, it's supprisingly a very hard thing to do. First you have to hang it up using a wire and a truck, prefferably a Ford cause chevy's are trash. After hanging your deer up its time to skin it, make a couple incisions up the inside of the legs, and slide the skin right down. Next you have to cut the head off, and let it bleed out a little, so that your mea doesn't get ruined. Next is the worst step of all taking the actual guts out. Cut right down the belly but very carefully so you don't pop anything, then rip and cut them out, and rinse your deer. The last step is rewarding its now time to cut all the meat off your deer, the best being the backstrapps which are like the fallet mignon of the deer.
